Having achieved many of my dreams, I feel a deep sense of gratitude. This gratitude drives my passion for sharing insights with younger individuals and those who, like me, aspire to create a more beautiful, sustainable, and meaningful world.
What does the AERA family mean to you?
The AERA family is more than just a network—it has deep roots and wide wings. It is a community of women who share a vision of beauty intertwined with respect—for people, for the planet, and for the future.
It is a place where we inspire and uplift one another, where values and aspirations connect us, and where I always find support, strength, and a shared purpose. For this, I am truly grateful.
What is your favorite shoe from AERA?
Jackie! Comfortable and elegant, effortlessly adapting from a busy working day to a cocktail or business dinner—just like the women who wear it.

What advice would you give to future women in business?
Dare to dream, and dare to be yourself.
Be passionate, authentic, and sincere, bringing your personality and unique perspective into everything you do.
Remember: the only limits are the ones we impose on ourselves. Find your own space, your own voice, and build from there. Don’t conform—stand out, connect with the world around you, and embrace what makes you different.
Do not sacrifice your personal life for your career, and never wait for the “right moment”—the perfect moment is now. The courage to take a leap is already inside you.
And above all, be grateful—for the opportunities, the challenges, and the people who walk beside you. Because in the end, true success is about leaving a garden more beautiful than the one we found, and contributing to something greater than ourselves.
